You may pay through COD, Credit/Debit card, *Dragonpay and Other Payment Channels.
*For Dragonpay, you can pay through the following means:
- Online Banking
Currently supported banks include BDO, BPI, Metrobank, RCBC, RCBC Savings, Unionbank, UCPB, Chinabank, PNB, and EastWest Bank.
- Over-the-Counter (OTC) Banking-allows anybody to walk-in to any of Dragonpay’s supported banks to make a deposit-payment-over-the-counter.
Currently supported banks include Banco de Oro (BDO), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Metrobank, Rizal Commercial Banking Corp (RCBC), Chinabank, EastWest Bank (EWB), Landbank, Asia United Bank (AUB), Robinsons Bank, Philippine National Bank (PNB), Security Bank, United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), and Unionbank.
- Over-the-Counter (OTC) Non-Bank-allows anybody to walk-in to any branch of Dragonpay’s partners to make a payment over-the-counter.
Currently supported over-the-counter non-bank outlets are Bayad Center, LBC branches, SM Payment Counters, Robinsons Department Stores (RDS), Cebuana Lhuillier and M.Lhuillier branches nationwide.
- ATM-based payments
Banks supported for this channel are BDO, BPI, Unionbank, Chinabank, RCBC, PNB and UCPB.
What is Cash on Delivery? COD)
-This is a payment method that allows you to pay for the item/s you ordered only when it gets delivered.
*Note that there are areas in the Philippines that are not covered by COD transactions.
Is COD applicable to all couriers?
-COD is only applicable for XPOST courier. For LBC and ABEST, kindly opt for Bank Deposits/Transfers and Other Payment Channels.
I would like to pay using my Credit/Debit card, is my account secured?
-Payments made through accredited Credit/Debit Cards will be channeled through Paypal for your security. The details of our Bank Accounts will be automatically sent to you upon placement of order/s
*Note that there will be a Paypal fee based on the total price of your order/s which will be shouldered by the customer.

What are the available couriers for my shipment?
-You may choose XPOST/LBC/ABEST as your preferred courier.
How much does the shipping fee cost?
-Shipping fee is dependent upon the location stated on the customers’ order shipping address.
*Note that COD is available only through XPOST.
How can I track my order?
-You may track your order through the website of your chosen courier.

*Note that you should place your COMPLETE address for the smooth delivery of you order/. If necessary, kindly place the landmark/s.
How long would the delivery of my shipment take?
Standard delivery time usually takes 2-7 days depending on the location of the recipient. Delivery delay/s may occur due to order surge on peak season and during natural calamities.
Who do I contact with regards to the delivery of my shipment?
-You may contact your chosen courier through their hotlines or their customer service email for any inquiries or issues with regards to your shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
-You may ONLY cancel your order if it has not yet been processed and scheduled for courier pick-up.
– You may directly cancel your order/s through our website.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
-You may modify your order by cancelling your previous order and placing a new order.
*Note that you may only modify your order if it has not yet been processed and scheduled for courier pick-up.
Do you accept rush orders?
We DO NOT accept rush orders.
If you would like your orders to be delivered on your preferred date, be sure to order ahead of time.
National Shipment Return Process
Can I return my order/s?
-You may ONLY return your order/s if the items received were incomplete or you have received the wrong item/s.

-Returns for online orders must take place within 3 days after the receipt of the shipment. Returns received more than 3 days after delivery will not be accepted.
-Returned/Exchanged merchandise must be in the same condition when received (Unused and Unopened)
International Shipment
Do you Ship Internationally?
-We ship worldwide at a different cost. The customer is responsible for additional taxes or Custom’s Fee upon the arrival of the package.

International Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
-There would be no specific time as to when your order will arrive as the shipment of order/s will also depend on the country’s law and regulations. However, we will be preparing and packing your orders once we have confirmed your payment.
I did not receive my package. What should I do?
